Dr. Kishore Kampara is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the International Iberian Nanotechnology Laboratory (INL) in Braga, Portugal, working under João Piteira in the System Engineering group. His research focuses on developing thin oxide gas sensors and energy storage devices through advanced nanomaterials engineering. Dr. Kampara earned his Ph.D. in Nanomaterials-based Chemiresistive Gas Sensors from SASTRA Deemed University, India, followed by postdoctoral positions at Jeonbuk National University and Sungkyunkwan University in South Korea. His academic journey reflects deep specialization in materials science and nanotechnology applications. His research spans multiple cutting-edge domains: Synthesis and fabrication of nanomaterials via electrospinning techniques Chemiresistive gas sensor development for environmental monitoring Advanced energy storage systems including Li-ion, Li-CO2, and Li-S batteries Flexible electronics and electronic skin applications Numerical modeling of semiconductor devices using TCAD Radio frequency and microwave engineering integration Dr. Kampara's technical expertise includes MATLAB and Synopsys Sentaurus TCAD for semiconductor simulation, photolithography, and device fabrication. His interdisciplinary approach bridges nanotechnology, materials science, and electronic engineering to innovate solutions for sensor technology and energy storage challenges.
