Dr. Abbas Ziafati Bafarasat is a Chartered Town Planner and Senior Lecturer in Town Planning at Oxford Brookes University, managing the Certificate in Spatial Planning Studies. He holds a PhD in Planning & Landscape from the University of Manchester (2015) and conducted postdoctoral research at TU Dortmund, Germany.
