Christian Bierwirth is a Professor of Business Administration, specializing in Production and Logistics, at the Faculty of Law, Economics and Business, Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg. He holds the Chair of Production and Logistics and has been in this role since 2003. Notable contributions include integrated planning frameworks for production-distribution networks and synchronization models for logistics vehicles. Since joining Halle-Wittenberg, he has led teaching and research initiatives in logistics, contributing to national and international academic discourse through publications and conference participation.
