Professor Teresa Pakulska, PhD, serves as the Dean of Undergraduate Studies at the SGH Warsaw School of Economics. Previously, she was Deputy Dean of the Doctoral School (2019–2024) and Head of Doctoral Studies at the Collegium of Business Administration (2010–2024). She holds degrees from SGH, including a doctoral and post-doctoral qualification. Her research focuses on transnational corporations' strategies in the digital economy, internationalization of enterprises, and innovation-driven economic development. Her work analyzes non-equity investment modes, platformization of corporations, and sustainable energy transitions. Recent studies address barriers to healthcare digitalization, renewable energy policies in CEE countries, and the role of Polish SOEs in European markets. Academic Leadership: Over 15 years leading doctoral programs and institutional reforms. Research Output: Over 150 publications in international and Polish journals, focusing on corporate globalization and economic competitiveness. Key Themes: Digital economy impact, transnational resource acquisition, and regional economic development. Her articles highlight the intersection of technology, global business strategies, and policy, with a focus on Polish and European contexts.
