Heiko Krabbe is a Professor of Physics Education at Ruhr University Bochum, leading the Physics Education Group. He holds a seconded position in physics didactics at the University of Duisburg-Essen (AG Fischer) and teaches physics, mathematics, and music at Letmathe High School. His academic background includes a diploma in physics and teacher training from the University of Dortmund, a doctorate on 'Calculation of multipole moments using the basis set reduction method,' and additional studies in Practical Computer Science at Fernuniversität Hagen. He served as a Technical Project Manager in software engineering and legal trainee at Teacher Training College Hagen.
