He holds a Ph.D. in Regional Science from Cornell University and completed postdoctoral fellowships at MIT and Harvard. Mansury’s work bridges theoretical models with empirical analysis, addressing topics like disaster impact assessment, wealth inequality, and the economic effects of infrastructure projects. His publications include contributions to journals such as International Regional Science Review , Applied Geography , and Regional Science Policy and Practice . Key areas of investigation include the ripple effects of high-speed rail on Chinese cities, privacy implications of network telemetry, and structural path analysis of extreme weather events.
