Terri S. Hogue is a Professor in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the Colorado School of Mines, where she also serves as Dean of Earth and Society Programs and Director of the Center for a Sustainable WE 2 ST. Her work bridges engineering, hydrology, and environmental sustainability, with a strong focus on semi-arid regions.
