Prof. Dr. Armando Walter Colombo is a Professor at the Department of Technology, Electrical Engineering and Informatics at the University of Applied Sciences Emden/Leer. He leads the Institute I2AR as Scientific Director and coordinates the DAAD/DAHZ Binational Master in Industrial Informatics with the Universidad Tecnológica Nacional-FRRe in Argentina.
