Sebastian Winocour, M.D., M.B.A., FACS is a board-certified Professor of Surgery and Associate Chief of the Division of Plastic Surgery at Baylor College of Medicine . He holds leadership roles as Section Chief of Plastic Surgery at Baylor St. Luke's Medical Center and Medical Director of Plastic Surgery at Baylor Medicine . His clinical expertise spans breast reconstruction , aesthetic surgery , and spine reconstruction , with over 115 peer-reviewed publications and editorial roles in journals like Seminars in Plastic Surgery .
