Associate Professor
Christine Ho is an Associate Professor of Economics at Singapore Management University (SMU) and Academic Program Director of the Women in Social and Public Policy Research Hub (WISPPRH) at the London School of Economics (LSE). Her research focuses on the intersection of public policy and family economics, particularly household production dynamics, child care subsidies, and intergenerational support systems. She holds a Ph.D. in Economics from University College London, an M.Phil from the University of Cambridge, and a B.Sc. from the London School of Economics. Notable studies examine gender disparities in caregiving, the implications of childlessness, and strategic bequest divisions within families. She is co-editor of the Review of Economics of the Household and leads the WISPPRH at LSE, focusing on gender and public policy.
