ZHENG Zhichao Daniel is a Full-time Faculty Associate Professor of Operations Management at the Lee Kong Chian School of Business, Singapore Management University. He also serves as the PGR Coordinator for Operations Management and Area Coordinator of Operations Management since 2020. Education: Ph.D. in Management, National University of Singapore (2013) B.S. in Mathematics, National University of Singapore (2009) Research interests focus on Healthcare Operations Management and Analytics , Supply Chain Coordination , and Robust/Distributionally Robust Optimization . His work integrates quantitative methods to address challenges in healthcare systems, inventory management, and stochastic resource allocation.
