Dr. Hisanori OKADA is an Assistant Professor at the Environmental Research Institute, Faculty of Science and Engineering, Chiba Institute of Technology. He holds a Doctorate in Engineering (2022) and serves as a Concurrent Researcher at the Waseda Center for a Carbon Neutral Society (2024-2026). His academic roles include teaching at the Global Education Center and School of Social Sciences at Waseda University since 2012 and 2022 respectively. Education: Dr.Eng, Chiba Institute of Technology, 2022 Research Interests: Dr. Okada specializes in Social Systems Management through Project and Program Management (P2M) frameworks. His work focuses on environmental policy implementation, regional revitalization strategies, renewable energy management, and SDGs integration. He examines how local governments can balance sustainability goals with economic autonomy and resource allocation challenges. Research Trends: His recent publications analyze GHG reduction policies in Japan, SDGs platform design, and P2M framework applications in community-driven environmental projects.
