Dr. Juan Carlos Rocha Osornio is an Associate Professor in the Teaching Stream at the University of Toronto's Department of Spanish and Portuguese. His work bridges Foreign Language Pedagogy (Spanish/English) with Mexican Cultural Studies, focusing on innovative teaching methods like Community-Engaged Learning (CEL) and Digital Pedagogy. Education : PhD in Hispanic Studies (Western University, 2013), MA in Spanish (Texas A&M University-Commerce, 2009), BA in Spanish & English (Texas A&M University-Commerce, 2006).
