Philip S. DeOrtentiis is an Assistant Professor at the School of Human Resources and Labor Relations, part of Michigan State University's College of Social Science. He holds a PhD in Organizational Behavior & Human Resources Management from Florida State University, an MBA in Strategy from Penn State University, and a BS in Finance from Penn State University.
