Michael Scott is a Professor in the Department of Civil and Construction Engineering at Oregon State University, part of the College of Engineering. He holds a Ph.D. in Structural Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley (2004), an M.S. from the same institution (1999), and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University (1998).
