Philippe Moireau is a Full Professor in the Department of Applied Mathematics at École Polytechnique, where he is also affiliated with the Center for Applied Mathematics (CMAP). He serves as the head of the Inria Project-Team MΞDISIM (Mathematical and Mechanical Modeling with Data Interaction for Simulation in Medicine) and holds the distinguished position of Ingénieur Général of The Corps des Mines.
