Professor John Lawrenson is Professor of Clinical Visual Science and Research Lead for the Centre for Applied Vision Research at City, University of London. He is affiliated with the School of Health & Medical Sciences and contributes extensively to optometry and vision science education and research. Research Interests: His research is centered on ophthalmic public health, with a focus on sight-threatening eye diseases such as diabetic retinopathy, glaucoma, and age-related macular degeneration (AMD).
