Xiaohua (Edward) Li is an Associate Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the State University of New York at Binghamton. He holds a BS and MS from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and a PhD from the University of Cincinnati. His research focuses on signal processing for communications, cognitive radio networks, wireless security, and machine learning applications in networked systems. His research emphasizes practical applications, including anti-jamming designs, spectrum sharing, and secure physical-layer transmissions.
