Ajay Singh is a researcher at the Technical University of Munich (TUM) in the Simulation of Nanosystems for Energy Conversion group under Prof. Alessio Gagliardi. He has also collaborated with institutions like the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) and Indian Institute of Technology Delhi (IIT Delhi) . Research Interests : Perovskite solar cells, drift-diffusion modeling, machine learning for materials science, optoelectronic applications, and hybrid organic-inorganic devices. Key Projects : DFG e-Conversion Clusters I-III, TUM Innovation Networks ARTEMIS, EU Lion-Hearted, and BMWi ptj PrOperPhotoMiLe SOLAR.ERANET. Publications highlight his work on perovskite tandem solar cells, cation-mediated recombination, methylamine gas treatment for perovskite stability, and nonlinear spectral broadening for optical frequency combs.
