Ferdi Doğan is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Engineering at Adıyaman University. Dr. Vygintas Jankauskas serves as a Professor and Chief Researcher at Vilnius University's Institute of Chemical Physics within the Faculty of Physics.
