Prof. Yossi Bukchin is a Professor in the Department of Industrial Engineering at The Iby and Aladar Fleischman Faculty of Engineering, Tel Aviv University. His research focuses on manufacturing systems, production engineering, and operations research with particular expertise in assembly line design and optimization. His primary research interests include: Assembly systems design Assembly line balancing Facility design Operational scheduling Human factors engineering Warehouse and storage systems Prof. Bukchin's recent work demonstrates a strong focus on puzzle-based storage systems, assembly line optimization, and operations management.
