Patrick Mitran is a full-time Professor at the University of Waterloo's Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, within the Faculty of Engineering. His research focuses on advanced wireless communication systems, including 5G/6G technologies, millimeter-wave and sub-THz communication, digital predistortion techniques, MIMO systems, and beamforming architectures.
