Professor Jordan Cheer holds a Royal Academy of Engineering Research Chair in Smart Acoustic Control Technologies at the University of Southampton's Institute of Sound and Vibration Research (ISVR). His research focuses on active control of noise and vibration, including smart structures and metamaterials.
