Maurizio Dallocchio is a Full Professor of Corporate Finance at Bocconi University and SDA Bocconi School of Management. He served as Dean of SDA Bocconi (2003–2007) and has held leadership roles in academic and professional institutions, including Chair of the Audit Committee of the European Investment Bank (EIB). His research focuses on corporate valuation, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), and sustainable finance. Dallocchio founded DGPA & Co., a corporate finance consultancy, and advises public and private entities globally. He has taught at leading institutions like London Business School and NYU Stern School of Business.
