Paul Franzon is the Cirrus Logic Distinguished Professor and Associate Department Head for Graduate Affairs at the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, North Carolina State University. He holds a PhD and Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor's in Physics/Mathematics from the University of Adelaide, Australia. His research focuses on quantum information science, machine learning-driven hardware design, 3D integration, and high-speed systems.
