CHONG Yidong is a Professor in the Division of Physics and Applied Physics at Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore. He leads the Centre for Disruptive Photonic Technologies and holds positions in the School of Physical and Mathematical Sciences. His research focuses on theoretical photonics, topological systems, and non-Hermitian physics, with contributions to photonic crystals, topological insulators, and coherent perfect absorbers.
