Gérard Cachon is the Fred R. Sullivan Professor in the Operations, Information and Decisions (OIDD) department and Professor of Marketing at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. An INFORMS Fellow and former President of the Manufacturing and Service Operations Management Society, he previously served as Editor-in-Chief of Management Science and Manufacturing & Service Operations Management .
