Professor Dominic Abrams is a leading academic in Social Psychology and Director of the Centre for the Study of Group Processes at the School of Psychology, University of Kent . His research focuses on group processes , intergroup relations , and social cohesion , with applications to prejudice reduction , ageism , and organizational identity . Recent publications analyze volunteering’s role in social cohesion , vaccine hesitancy , and honor values as identity content .
