George Georgiou is a Professor of Educational Psychology at the University of Alberta's Faculty of Education. He holds a PhD from the University of Alberta (2008) and has held academic roles including Associate Dean of International Initiatives (2018) and Director of the J.P. Das Centre on Developmental and Learning Disabilities (2019). His research focuses on learning disabilities, literacy acquisition, and cognitive processes.
