Dr. Anna Judson is an Education-track Assistant Professor in Durham University's Department of Classics and Ancient History, specializing in the Linear B writing system of prehistoric Greece (c.1400-1200 BCE). She holds a PhD from the University of Cambridge and has held prestigious fellowships including a Marie Skłodowska-Curie grant at the British School at Athens (2020-2022). Her research bridges epigraphy, historical linguistics, and pedagogy, with a focus on Mycenaean administration, scribal practices, and classical language education. A Fellow of the Higher Education Authority, she also co-leads the #WCCWiki Wikipedia editing initiative. Recent work includes experimental studies on clay tablet production, now accessible through open-access platforms.
