Dr. Monika Maciejewska serves as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Social Pedagogy and Educational Research Methodology at the Faculty of Social Sciences, University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn. Her academic career spans over two decades with significant contributions to educational research and pedagogical practice. Education: PhD in Humanities (Pedagogy), University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn (2003) Master of Pedagogy (Care Pedagogy), Higher Pedagogical School in Olsztyn (1994) Postgraduate Studies in Prevention and Therapy of Alcohol Problems, University of Lodz (1995) Psychological Assistance Study, Institute of Health Psychology and Sobriety, Warsaw (1996) Research Focus: Her work centers on pedeutology with emphasis on teacher moral responsibility and action research methodologies. She investigates higher education quality assurance systems and their alignment with labor market demands, particularly regarding doctoral degree specialists. Her applied research examines evaluation frameworks in educational institutions, including self-evaluation practices and external assessment tools.
