Associate Professor
Dr. Géraldine Heilporn is an Associate Professor in the Department of Teaching and Learning Studies at Université Laval's Faculty of Education. With dual doctorates in Education (University of Sherbrooke, 2021) and Computer Science/Mathematical Sciences (Université de Montréal/Université libre de Bruxelles, 2008), she brings interdisciplinary expertise to her research on technology-enhanced learning. Her affiliations include CRIFPE-Laval, CRIRES, and the Périscope Network. Her research examines: Student engagement in hybrid and online learning environments Digital technology integration across secondary and post-secondary education Inclusive pedagogical approaches for diverse learners Design of engagement strategies in co-modal and HyFlex courses She leads projects funded by SSHRC and FRQSC, including studies on hybrid university training models and digital supports for secondary students.
