Chris Finaret is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Business & Economics and the Department of International Studies at Allegheny College, located in Meadville, Pennsylvania. Although no recent publications are listed, his professional work reflects deep engagement with development policy, program evaluation, and governance in fragile states—suggesting a strong applied research orientation in development economics and policy implementation.
