Nadiah Mohamad Sofian is an Assistant Lecturer at the Malaysia School of Information Technology, Monash University. She is currently pursuing a PhD at the same institution after completing her Master's in Information Technology (2017-2022) and Bachelor's in Business Information Systems (2013-2016) from Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS. Prior to academia, she worked as an Associated Software Developer at UST Global (M) Sdn Bhd. Her research focuses on Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), UI/UX design, and mobile application development with a specialization in autism-friendly interfaces. Key interests include usability frameworks for children with autism, multimedia elements in mobile apps, and accessibility in digital health solutions. She has conducted studies on applying Fitts's Law to traditional game digitization and usability assessments using AHP methods. Nadiah has collaborated on interdisciplinary projects involving autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and digital health. Her work frequently intersects with healthcare technology and inclusive design principles.
