Dingchang Zheng is a Professor and Director of the Research Centre for Intelligent Healthcare. He specializes in medical device development, particularly in physiological measurements and bio-signal processing, with a focus on cardiovascular technologies, wearable devices, and IoT monitoring systems. His work addresses unmet clinical needs such as novel blood pressure measurement techniques and pre-term labor prediction. Education: PhD in Medical Physics from Newcastle University, UK. Research Interests: Healthcare device innovation, wearable sensors, bio-signal processing, computer modeling, and multidisciplinary collaboration across engineering, medicine, and industry. His work contributes to UN Sustainable Development Goals related to health and well-being.
