Senior Lecturer
Dr. Carla Riverola is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Management at Griffith University's Griffith Business School. Her research focuses on disruptive innovation for sustainable development, particularly in plant-based foods and AI-driven educational strategies. She holds a Ph.D. in Information Technologies and Management from Ramon Llull University, Barcelona.
