Björn Hammarfelt is a Professor at the Swedish School of Library and Information Science (SSLIS), part of the Faculty of Librarianship, Information, Education and IT at the University of Borås. His research focuses on scholarly communication, governance of science, and the organization of research, with a strong emphasis on bibliometrics and its societal implications.
