Phil Berke is a Research Professor at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill's Department of City and Regional Planning, specializing in community resilience and urban planning. He leads the Center for Resilient Communities and Environment , focusing on interdisciplinary research to enhance urban resilience through policy integration and stakeholder collaboration.
