Stefano Fusi is an Associate Professor of Neuroscience at Columbia University's Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons, with joint affiliations at the Mortimer B. Zuckerman Mind Brain Behavior Institute and Kavli Institute. His laboratory focuses on computational modeling of neural circuits and neuromorphic engineering. Recent publications demonstrate consistent focus on neural coding principles across hippocampus, prefrontal cortex, and sensory systems, with innovations in modeling working memory, stress responses, and cross-species computational paradigms.
