Mauro Jaskelioff is an Adjunct Professor at the College of Exact Sciences, Engineering and Surveying of the National University of Rosario (Argentina), where he heads the Computer Science Department . He is also an adjunct researcher at CIFASIS-CONICET. His research focuses on functional programming, monad transformers, algebraic effects, and program calculation. Education : PhD in Computer Science (University of Nottingham, 2009), Licenciateship in Computer Science (National University of Rosario, 2004), and prior studies in Electronic Engineering. Research Highlights : Developed the Monatron extensible monad transformer library, formalized modular operational semantics, and advanced algebraic effect handling.
