Carlos Portugal Gouvêa is an Associate Professor at the University of São Paulo Law School, where he leads multiple research centers including the Center for Corporate Governance (CGC-USP), Asian Legal Studies Center (CELA-USP), and Law and Poverty Group (GDP-USP).
