Kokova Valentina Iosifovna is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Applied Informatics at the Natural Sciences and Humanities School of the Khakass Technical Institute (branch of Siberian Federal University). Education: Graduated from Moscow Institute of Railway Engineers in 1977 with a qualification in Electrical Engineering. Her research interests focus on Applied Informatics , specifically Database Systems , Programming Languages , and Regulatory Frameworks in IT .
