Reinhard Heil is a scientific Assistant and Researcher at the Institute for Technology Assessment and Systems Analysis (ITAS) at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), where he leads the Research Group 'Digital Technologies and Social Change.' He has also coordinated the 'Assessing Big Data (ABIDA)' project and managed 'Engineering Life'.
