Noah Gans is the Anheuser-Busch Professor of Management Science at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he serves as Professor in the Operations, Information and Decisions department. His research focuses on service operations with particular emphasis on call center management, stochastic processes, and queueing system control.
