Rhonda McEwen is a Professor at the University of Toronto Mississauga, holding roles as Vice-Principal Academic and Dean, and Director of the Institute of Communication, Culture, Information and Technology (ICCIT). She also serves as President and Vice-Chancellor of Victoria University.
