Assistant Professor
Talha Ali is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Community Health at Tufts University School of Arts and Sciences. She holds a Ph.D. in Epidemiology from the University of Michigan and an MS in Epidemiology and BS in Psychology from Yale University. Her work employs dyadic analysis and examines social determinants of healthy aging. Recent publications address institutional racism, caregiving networks, and social participation in aging populations, spanning journals like The Journals of Gerontology , Journal of Epidemiology and Community Health , and Journal of Racial and Ethnic Health Disparities . Themes include longitudinal studies, health equity, and policy implications.
