Dario Latella is an Associate Professor of Commercial Law (IUS-04) at the Department of Law, University of Messina, where he teaches Commercial Law, European Company Law, and specialized courses on Business Crisis Management. Born on March 6, 1971 in Messina, he combines his academic career with active legal practice as a Supreme Court lawyer registered with the Messina Bar Association.
