Ziv Bar-Joseph is the FORE Systems Professor of Computer Science at Carnegie Mellon University's School of Computer Science, holding joint appointments in the Machine Learning Department and Computational Biology Department. His research focuses on computational biology, bioinformatics, and machine learning. He leads the Systems Biology Group , developing computational methods to understand complex biological systems through experimental design and systems-level analysis.
