Frank Altemöller is an Associate Professor at the Institute of Customs and International Trade Law (ICTL) at the University of Münster , Germany. Previously, he served as a full-time Professor at Harz University of Applied Sciences from 2010 to 2021, where he also headed the "European Administrative Management" program.
