Arthur Bousquet is an Associate Professor of Mathematics at Lake Forest College, affiliated with the Math and Computer Science department. He holds a PhD in Applied Mathematics from Indiana University (Bloomington, IN) and a MS in Engineering in applied mathematics and scientific computing from SuP Galilee Engineering School (Paris, France). His research focuses on numerical methods for partial differential equations, including finite volume and finite element techniques, with applications to geophysical fluid dynamics, climate modeling, and biomedical problems like viral shell mechanics.
